returns and exchanges
We want you to be
completely satisfied with every Best Wishes purchase. If your order fails to
meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 30
days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling
charges).
If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, we will
either replace it for another item or issue a merchandise credit. If you wish
to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or
have credit issued to you in the original form of payment. If you placed your
order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and
usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we
process your return. If your purchase was by check, your refund will be sent to
via regular mail within 14 days of the receipt of return. |
